Founder & CEO
Charles is the initial founder of Equalearning, Inc.. Charles has successfully filed for multiple patents and has more than 15 years in SaaS platform development and management. He is the recipient of many awards including EMS World’s Mobile Software Top 10 in 2014 in the US, and Nanjing, China’s Innovative Project in 2015, as well as the 325 Project Award in Hangzhou, China.
Jason Schrock and his wife of 23 years have three children. He has had 24 years of educational administration experience both in K-12 private/public sectors and higher education and has built and managed schools around the world. As an educational consultant and business owner he has been involved with many programs connecting businesses with education to impact community development, capital development programs, student pathways, and job creation. He is an entrepreneurial educator that is passionate about creating a culture of excellence in and out of the classroom that produces leaders for the global marketplace. In addition to a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern College, Schrock holds a master’s degree in educational leadership from California State University, Fullerton, California.
Dr. Lucas Tsai
Vice President of Product
Dr. Tsai majored in industrial engineering and minored in information management. He joined Equalearning after ten years’ experience as a product manager. He’s job at EQL is to build a sharing economy model in mobile learning. Dr. Tsai’s teaching experience has ranged from Taiwan’s rural schools, American educational institutions, to international corporations (as a trainer).
Director of Marketing & Product Management
Ryan is an award-winning academic manager, teacher, and trainer. He is also an accomplished marketing and sales manager. Ryan spent much of his early career in academics, and spent nearly 6 years working in Mainland China. His expertise lies in managing and training teams, building online schools, and formulating marketing and sales strategies to help companies succeed. Ryan is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
